abc8 Terms and Conditions

This document forms a legal agreement between the abc8 platform and its members. By accessing or using abc8's website, mobile app, or any digital channel, you agree to all the terms set out below. These rules are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

abc8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published. Members are advised to review this page regularly.

To open an account and use the services on abc8, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or place bets on abc8.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• abc8 may request additional documents or information at any time for identity verification purposes.

1.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and OTP completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

abc8 follows a KYC verification process to maintain a safe environment. You may be asked to confirm your identity using a National ID card or passport before making a withdrawal or completing a large transaction. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is stored and kept secure.

The main digital payment methods available in Bangladesh can be used for depositing and withdrawing funds on abc8.

2.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. For bank transfers, major scheduled banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be used.

2.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the abc8 account.
• abc8 reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transaction.

abc8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and complying with them is mandatory.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000. Bonus funds are not direct cash — they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

3.2 Weekly Reload Reward

Under the abc8 weekly reload reward, a 30% bonus is available on any deposit each week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• The wagering requirements must be read in full before claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the relevant offer.
• abc8 reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of bonus offers.
• abc8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following rules apply to all types of bets on abc8 — casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting.

4.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless it is automatically cancelled by the system due to a technical error. The data recorded on abc8's servers will be considered final.

4.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, abc8 will make a decision based on the last recorded state on the server.

4.3 Misconduct and Fraud

The use of bots, collusion, software manipulation, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited.

• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug or error in game software are not valid and will be voided.
• abc8 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns.
• Any attempt to influence outcomes with the assistance of a third party is strictly prohibited.

abc8's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

5.1 Cashback Rates

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000 — they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. The weekly cashback applies at the maximum rate for that tier.

5.2 Tier Change Conditions

Members can move to a higher VIP tier through consistent active play. abc8 determines tiers based on activity and this decision is final.

abc8 believes that betting is a form of entertainment. All members aged 21 and above should play within their own means. Detailed guidelines and self-control options are described in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

6.1 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

A member may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion on their own initiative. Upon such a request, access to the account will be restricted for a set period. There is also an option to set deposit limits.

6.2 Protection of Minors

No person under the age of 21 will be allowed to open an account or use the services on abc8. It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that minors do not access their account.

• Avoid betting with borrowed money.
• View betting as entertainment, not as a way to earn a living.
• Avoid the tendency to place large bets to recover losses.
• If needed, contact the abc8 support team or a professional counsellor.

abc8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in any of the following circumstances:

• False or incomplete information was provided at the time of registration.
• Multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person.
• A bonus or promotional offer has been misused.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or collusion is found.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activity is suspected.
• The member fails to cooperate with identity verification.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily must contact the support team. If there are no active bonuses and identity verification has been completed, the remaining balance may be withdrawn.

All content on the abc8 website and mobile app — logos, designs, text, images, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of abc8 or its partners. Members may not copy, publish, or distribute this content beyond personal use.

8.1 Limited Licence to Use

Members are permitted only to access their own account and use the services. Sharing account details with third parties, scraping any part of the website, or collecting data using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

abc8 is committed to maintaining the quality of its services, but liability is limited in the following areas:

• abc8 is not responsible for any loss caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues on the part of third parties.
• abc8 will not be liable for problems caused by faults in a member's own device or network.
• The member is responsible for any loss to their account resulting from unauthorised access.
• Betting outcomes are outside abc8's control and depend on the random output of the game engine.

9.1 Force Majeure

abc8 will not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10.1 Data Protection Measures

All transactions and personal data are protected via SSL encryption. abc8 never sells members' personal information to third parties.

• Information collected for KYC verification is used solely for identity confirmation.
• abc8 may provide information to authorities when required by a legal obligation.
• Members may request to update or delete their information.

abc8 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified by email of any significant changes. Keeping your account active after a change constitutes agreement to the new terms.

12.1 Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the terms of any specific bonus offer together form the entire agreement between abc8 and the member.
